Q: Can I return any item I purchased?
A: Yes. If item is in original packaging and within 30 days of shipping date. Please note special conditions for intimate items on our policies page.
Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: You will be notified via email of when your purchase is shipped and will be given a tracking number. Tracking numbers may not be available to certain destinations.
Q: Will others know what I am buying when my items are shipped?
A: No. All items are wrapped and shipped discreetly in unmarked packages.
Q: I dont like giving my credit card number over the internet with all the hackers and fraud you hear about. How do I know I am protected from such fraud?

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Your order is shipped with a return form. Please contact Hot Dreams Lingerie for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) before sending your item back for exchange or return. Merchandise will not be accepted without a valid RMA. You should return your item freight prepaid. In the event you are not satisfied with your item, you may exchange it, or be issued a credit. All transactions will be processed through PayPal.
