Q: Can I return any item I purchased?
A: Not all items are returnable. Some items may be returned if item is in original packaging and within 30 days of shipping date. Please note special conditions for intimate items on our policies page.
Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: You will be notified via email of when your purchase is shipped and will be given a tracking number. Tracking numbers may not be available to certain destinations.
Q: Will others know what I am buying when my items are shipped?
A: No. All items are wrapped and shipped discreetly in unmarked packages.
Q: I dont like giving my credit card number over the internet with all the hackers and fraud you hear about. How do I know I am protected from such fraud?
A: We ensure the highest level of privacy and security with the latest technology of encryption for your protection. Your personal information will NEVER be disclosed to any other businesses or entities.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Your order is shipped with a return form. If you did not receive one with your order, please contact Hot Dreams Lingerie for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) before sending your item back for exchange or return. Merchandise will not be accepted without a valid RMA. You should return your item freight prepaid. In the event you are not satisfied with your item, you may exchange it, or be issued a credit. All transactions will be processed through PayPal.
Q: Do you have mailing catalogs?
A: We do not carry catalogs. Our items continuously change on a regular basis, so it would be impossible to maintain updated catalogs. Please feel free to copy and paste or print any pictures from the website.
