Returns and Exchanges
Most items purchased may be exchanged or returned within 30 business days from the date the item is shipped. Merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging. All merchandise must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please contact us via email at support@HotDreamsLingerie.com to be issued an RMA number. Items will not be exchanged or returned without a valid RMA. To return an item for exchange or credit, please send the item freight pre-paid, and for your protection, insured, along with the RMA number you are given.
We can not be responsible for items lost in the mail. If you are provided with a tracking number and you do not receive your package when it is scheduled to arrive, then you are responsible for tracking the package. We do not give refunds on items that have been verified as delivered.
For health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, adult toys, or similar items. If item is unworn and unopened, and in original packaging, we will process the return. If there is any indication that the item has been worn, we will not process the return or exchange. Please select these items with care when ordering for this reason.
Payment
Methods of payment are American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and E-checks. We can no longer accept personal checks mailed directly to us. If you prefer to pay by E-check, click on continue to PayPal, select other payment options, and follow the instructions on the screen where you can pay by check. If paying by E-check (electronic check transfer) your order will be processed upon clearance of payment. After clearance, you will be notified via email when your order is shipped and will be given a tracking number. Please select the Ground option for shipping when paying by E-check as we can not ship by any other options with this type of purchase due to delays in bank transfers and confirmations.
We use PayPal for a secure method of payment. Once you have completed your check out, you will be directed to PayPal where you can complete your transaction(s).
Special Note: After you complete your transaction, you will see a button "return to the merchant". Your order will not be processed without clicking on the radio button and returning there. After that has been completed, you may exit at any time.
Dreamgirl items are no longer available until further notice, effective June 17, 2007.

All information provided to us is encrypted for our customers safety and privacy. Your credit card numbers, billing address, email address, and other personal information will NEVER be exchanged or disclosed to any outside business or entity. We will not process your credit card until validation has been established. If there is any suspicion of fraud or negligent use of credit cards, we work hand-in-hand with the credit card fraud department. We will also involve local and/or federal authorities in the event that action is warranted.
